Monday, Day 2

A day of workshops followed by a quick nap, then dinner at Sokol Blosser Winery. Campers will be able to attend all six workshops during OPC.

Buses will provide transportation to workshops and dinner events on Sunday and Monday.

7:30 - 10:30 Traditional Northwest Salmon Bake
The Salmon are held on alder stakes and baked over a large firepit ...the result is dramatic and delicious. The complementing elements of this sunset dinner showcase Northwest seasonal cuisine. Music and entertainment round out your last big dinner at Oregon Pinot Camp.
