Morning Activities with Lunch 10:00
OPEN THE DUNDEE VAULTS
Deep within the heart of every winery lurks a place that is near and dear to every winemaker’s heart: the library. It is a bottle-by-bottle record of every wine created at the winery, including treasured vintages, limited-release bottlings and even a few gems that have never seen a store shelf or restaurant list... Join Archery Summit, Domaine Drouhin Oregon, The Eyrie Vineyards, Lange Estate Winery and Sokol Blosser Winery for a tasting of specially selected Dundee Hills wines, followed by lunch Oregon-style, all at the hilltop setting of Domaine Drouhin Oregon. RSVP: Emily Stoller Smith, at 503-472-6315 or 888-440-4970, cell 503-474-7262, emily@eyrievineyards.com

FOOD & WINE PAIRING EXTRAORDINAIRE IN THE PINOT QUARTER
Join Panther Creek, R. Stuart & Co., and Westrey Wines for a relaxing sojourn to the “Pinot Quarter”, an urban winery neighborhood in historic downtown McMinnville. First, Trish Rogers of R. Stuart & Co. presents her famous food & wine pairing seminar (a perennial OPC camper favorite). You’ll match typical ‘by the glass’ varietals with the spectrum of food flavors and be amazed at your discoveries! Then cross the street for lunch at Panther Creek; an Italian picnic prepared by Carmen Peirano and chef Eric Ferguson, both of the legendary Nick’s Italian Café. Accompany your lunch with one of our finely crafted wines or, if you prefer, a microbrew.

You will spend intimate time with each of the winemaker/proprietors at their three wineries, and engage in vineyard walks as well as discussions of their individual winegrowing philosophies. At each venue you will take part in a wine related tasting contest - competing against yourself and your peers. These are the Belmont, Preakness, & Kentucky Derby of the tasting circuit - The Triple Crown! There will be prizes. Along the way you will be treated to fresh oysters & bubbles, and at the finish line there will be a sensational lunch prepared by David Bergen of Tina's Restaurant.

EXPLORE BIODYNAMICS
